Made for the Bristol Artist Exchange Project (BAEP) between Bristol & Hanover, celebrating 70 years of twinning between the two cities. Inspired by the Venn diagram used to represent two distinct sets, in this case images taken on an instant film camera in Hanover and Bristol. The photomontages explore a woodland location in both cities (Eilenriede in Hanover and Leigh Woods in Bristol) and reflect upon how both cities have more in common than differences and challenges commonly held preconceptions regarding these predominantly urban 21st century cities.
